Terms of Service

By creating a heymare account or using the heymare app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use heymare.

heymare is a personal styling service operated by Mareverse, Inc. ("heymare", "we", "us"). These terms cover the heymare iOS app, the website at heymare.ai, and the styling service itself. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. Effective date: October 6, 2026.

Eligibility and your account

You must be 18 or older to use heymare.

Give us accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
Your account is for you alone. Don't share it or create accounts for other people without their permission.
Keep your login details safe. You're responsible for activity in your account, and should email us right away if you think someone else has accessed it.
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page in the app.

Membership, billing and cancellation

heymare membership is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel.

Price: $39 per month, or the price shown at checkout. We'll tell you at least 30 days before any price change applies to you.
Payment: you pay through Stripe, our payment processor, on its secure checkout page. Your card is charged at the start of each monthly period.
Free trial: every new member gets a 10-day free trial with full access. When it ends, you'll need an active membership to keep requesting new styling.
Cancel anytime: use Manage Subscription on the Account page. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
No refunds: payments are non-refundable, including for partial months, except where the law requires otherwise.
Failed payments: if a payment fails, you can still view your existing closet and looks, but you can't request new styling until payment is updated.

Your content

You own the photos, messages and profile details you add to heymare.

You give us permission to store, process and display that content only to provide the styling service to you, for example so your stylist can view your closet and build looks from it. We don't use your photos in marketing without asking you first. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from backup copies kept for a limited time as described in the Privacy Policy.

Only upload content you have the right to share, and nothing illegal, explicit or harmful.

Styling advice and shopping

Our stylists' outfits, lookbooks and shopping suggestions are personal recommendations, not guarantees of fit, quality or results.

Some features use AI, for example to describe clothing in your photos. A stylist reviews styling before it reaches you, but AI-generated details can be wrong.
Shopping links take you to third-party retailers. Any purchase is between you and that retailer, under their prices, terms and return policies. We may earn a commission on some purchases.

Using heymare respectfully

Please treat heymare and our stylists with respect. Don't:

harass, threaten or abuse a stylist or anyone else through the app;
try to access other people's accounts or data, or interfere with how heymare works;
copy, resell or scrape heymare's content or service;
use heymare for anything illegal.

heymare relies on outside providers, such as Apple, Stripe and our hosting services, which have their own terms. We aren't responsible for their outages or actions.

Ending your use

You can stop using heymare and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or if required by law. When possible, we'll email you first and explain why. If we close your account without cause, we'll refund the unused part of your current paid period.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

heymare is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free or meet every expectation.

To the fullest extent the law allows, heymare won't be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to heymare is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it locally.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as heymare changes. For material changes, we'll tell you in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use heymare after that means you accept the updated terms.
